Is Pebble a broker?

We are a licensed broker and TPA. We broker carrier plans for most clients, but we do a lot that a normal broker wouldn’t do. This includes intelligent plan structuring as well as all of the administrative work we handle for our customers.

How does Pebble make money?

We charge a flat fee per enrolled member per month, plus we receive a standard broker commission from insurance carriers. On a case by case basis, we also structure performance fees based on a customer’s savings.

What insurance carriers does Pebble work with?

We produce for all major carriers, and will recommend plans from different ones based on specific customer needs. We are not a “captive” broker, and we never will be.

Will your plan work with my doctor?

We do our best to structure plans that meet the needs of everyone on your team. Tell us ahead of time about your care needs, and we’ll make sure we have a solution for you.

Does Pebble integrate with my payroll software?

We integrate seamlessly with Gusto, ADP, Rippling, Justworks, and more. We'll make sure Pebble works with whatever you use.
